Another visit to GC catching some Autumn colours higher up , although the temperatures were around 10 C above the norm.
A two week trip split between Las Palmas city centre near Plaza de la Feria ; Agaete with views over the coast and mountains ; and Valsequillo up the valley from Telde close to a network of historic ways over the Cumbre.

Another short visit to one of my favourite islands, mixing some familiar trails with others new to me.

Although I've had frequent visits to these two main Canary Islands in recent years this is the first time that I've combined them with a ferry crossing. I spent most of the trip in the western half of Gran Canaria and then the last few days in Santa Cruz de la Tenerife close by the Anaga mountains.
Quite a lot of new ground covered on my walks and variations on more familiar paths.

Another Gran Canaria trip.Initially staying in Triana, Las Palmas for access to the north east, then moving north west to Artenara the highest mountain village before heading south to Aguimes.Lots of familiar and new places on my walks which meant that I put the new Discovery Map and recently purchased https://www.ramblingroger.com/ guides to good use.
